So, lately I am missing home - A LOT!!!!! Perhaps because I am going home soon or because the parents just went home not long ago. Really looking forward to going home. I think because there actually a lot of changes in my life these few months, I am starting to appreciate life more, living everyday as it is. You never know when is your last day....
Yesterday, I had a vivid memories from childhood. Chinese New Year every year was spent at my Jia Kong's house and we would spend a lot of time loitering around. And then trying to get 'tips' to buy food and drinks from the shop not too far away. We would happily gallop..yes galloping our ways to get food. Food like cham ping, kopi ping and Milo ping! And the toasted or steam bread with kaya / butter is so yummy-licious and there is none that can compare to that!
I still miss the person that make all that....
... and I miss them.....
